Save a supplier’s column mapping and pricing rules in a client profile to reuse them with the next price list.

Use the next price list
- Open Saved setups and choose Use beside the supplier configuration. Download any current results before confirming a new update.
- Add a fresh Shopify export and supplier file. Check the selected columns, sample values, currency and pricing rules. Remap any missing columns.
- Confirm the assumptions, compare and review the changes.
To keep changed rules, choose Save configuration → Update configuration. To keep both versions, select Save as a new configuration and give the copy a different name.
Back up settings
Use Saved setups → Back up settings to download or restore a backup. Restoring replaces the destination browser’s saved settings, so back those up first if needed.
Backups contain client names, mappings and pricing rules, but no spreadsheets or subscription access. They do not sync between devices. Keep them private and download a fresh copy after changing your rules.
