Your files and privacy

Feedstead reads and compares your supplier and Shopify files in your browser. Importing a file does not upload it to Feedstead, Stripe, or an AI service.

What stays on your device

Your source files, comparisons, and reviewed updates stay in the current browser session. Reloading or closing the page clears that working session. Your original files remain wherever you saved them, and any downloaded updates remain in your downloads.

Saved client profiles and supplier configurations are stored separately in this browser. They contain names, column mappings, and pricing rules—not copies of your source spreadsheets. Export a configuration backup before clearing browser data or moving to another device.

Subscription and payment information

Stripe handles checkout, payment details, receipts, and the billing portal. Feedstead stores the references needed to connect your workspace to its subscription, along with the subscription status and paid access period. Feedstead does not receive or store your full payment card number.

An essential access cookie keeps this browser connected to your workspace. Keep your private recovery key in a password manager if you want to restore access in another browser. Anyone holding that key can use the workspace and open its billing portal.

Clearing browser data removes the access cookie and your saved configurations. It does not cancel a subscription. See subscriptions and access for cancellation and recovery instructions.

Hosting and support

Cloudflare hosts Feedstead and its subscription service. Hosting and payment providers receive connection information, such as an IP address, when your browser connects to their services. Feedstead uses temporary request counters to limit repeated billing and recovery attempts.

Feedstead does not include advertising trackers. Your imported spreadsheets are not sent for AI model training.

If you choose to email support, the information you include is shared through email. Describe the problem first. Remove confidential rows and business data before choosing to share an example, and never send your recovery key or payment card details.
